Who we are - Horstead with Stanninghall Parish Councillors
There are eleven seats on Horstead Parish Council. Current councillors are listed below, together with their contact details and any background information they wish to share.
Born in Clun I grew up in Ludlow, Shropshire and was posted here by the Royal Air Force in December 1972 where I soon met and married a village girl. We have three sons that all went to school in Coltishall and Broadland High and three grandsons all living in Norfolk. I work for Norfolk County Council as their Development and Operations Officer responsible for co-ordinating aspects of NCC’s responsibilities as Highways Authority on residential developments. I am the current Vice chair of Coltishall Parish Council, a Member of the Tarmac Community Liaison Group and the current Chair of Norfolk Constabulary Aylsham Beat SNT Group. I am also an active member of Coltishall and Horstead Community Speed Watch and regular church goer.

I was brought up in Norfolk and have lived in Horstead for 15 years now. I have been on the Parish Council for 10 years and am currently Vice Chair. I am a sole trader Garden Designer.

Victoria Baker
Born in Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan until I joined the Royal Air Force in 1969. Came to RAF Coltishall in 1989 for 3 years. Returned in 1999 to live in Horstead. Retired in 2012 and enliven my life with volunteering at the RAF Radar Museum, Neatishead, Chairman of the Royal British Legion, Coltishall Branch, member of the Spirit of Coltishall Association and the Lammas KC Lodge of the R.A.O.B.
